Shreve: The market's message is that 'there is nothing out there to buy'
Ken Shreve, markets desk anchor for Investor's Business Daily, says that "the market's message over the last couple of months is that there is nothing out there to buy." While the market has had several false starts that appeared to indicate the beginning of a new rally, "but the institutional selling was too prominent in the market for stocks to make headway."
